Ordering:

All orders are processed within one to two business days.
Orders placed on Sundays and Mondays will be processed the following Tuesday.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed.
If ordering a RF service, other than classes, and you have not spoken with a RF representative one will be in contact with you when your order is processed to discuss scheduling and to answer any questions you may have.

Payment:

Credit cards accepted include: Visa and Mastercard
Cash and credit cards are accepted on site for additional purchases
Online payments are processed via our terminal.

If you are not comfortable ordering online:

Raw Foundation uses all of the most current internet security to keep your information secure. If you are uncomfortable trusting your personal data on the internet, please call 778.839.8424 and we will process your order over the phone.

Gift Certificates Purchases:

Raw Foundation Gift Certificates can be mailed or emailed to you or the recipient.
Please Inform the gift certificate recipient to call a Raw Foundation representative to answer any questions they may have on the service they have received and to schedule appointments.
Gift Certificates expire within 1 year of the date of purchase.

Order confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been processed.

Refunds:

There are no refunds, reschedules or exchanges on  Raw Foundation services, registrations or gift certificates.
